Hi, today morning there seems blood in stool. This is the first instance, what would be the cause and advice

In case of any spicy or non fibre diet, I develop constipation and my skin at my outing hurts and doesn't allow me to force my poop out. If I do force it my anus pains for the whole day. Initially it was just pain and nothing, but since two times I've observed slight blood on tissue paper after pooping. This is not regular, by whenever I go for a trip abroad, or I eat junk I have to go throw this.

Hi Doctorsm i have been facing bloating issue since last 1 year. Whatever i eat i feel my stomach bloated and feel uneasy. I avoid outside food. Dont drink milk. Please help me

My ultrasound report is "Hepatomegally with fatty liver gread1" and "Pertially distended gallbladder" SGPT, SGOT, bilirubin, alkeline phosphate are normal. But small discomfort small pain & small inflamation at right upper abdomen some time. And I am suffering with anxiety for this matter. And my weight loss 4kg withtin one month, may be the couse high anxiety. Is the problem serious or normal? Please tell me what is the problem and what medicine can use for the same?

As i have erosive gastritis Can i take spinach juice??? Can i take mosambi (citrus ) juice ??? Plz answer

Hi, recently i experienced a full stomach pain that increased gradually. Doctor prescribed some antibiotics and suggested for ultrasound. Antibiotics helped me get rid of my pain. Then i went for ultrasound and got diagnosed with 13 mm appendicitis. Sir, please suggest whether i should go for surgery or antibiotics can help me avoid any surgery
