Lower abdomen
Lower abdomen muscle are tender bulgy and stiff. Bowel movement is very slow don't feel the pressure for poop. I have fatty liver. Is the symptoms is normal?

No symptoms not normal. Get sonography of abdomen CBC and stool routine. Should consult for your benefit.
