Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am having stomach since yesterday after consuming alot of alcohol and smoke. I am taking Pantop D and Drotin. Kindly help

I am suffering with motions everyday after breakfast 6-7 times till mid afternoon.i am under high BP and Diabetes medication. Unfortunately I used to booze everyday with cool drinks. I need to use eldoper to get it stopped.i am suffering alot with this in office and not able to go anywhere. Is it because of boozing rum with Pepsi. Kindly help me.

My friend is diagnosed with acute appendicitis Yesterday he got severe lower right iliac region pain so he took pan-dsr and cyclopam The pain is less today but there is tenderness Can he manage with tablets for some days ( if so which tablets would be better ) If surgery (general surgery or laparoscopy surgery )which would be better What is the recovery time for both surgeries I have attached the usg report also please check Kindly suggest Thanks in advance

My mom has a intense and sharp pain in her left iliac fossa region sometimes and also have experienced some weight loss. Doctor advised her to do USG of abdomen and pelvic. Report says that everything is normal but have a mild tenderness in left iliac fossa region. What could be the reason? I'm very worried. Even after the medications the pain still continues. While doing some stretching exercises she feels likes something inside is getting stretched. Please help

Dear rahul sir, But what might be the reason behind it. I can't concentrate on my work i fell urge always is this a sign of cryptitis proctitis and i hope so you have seen my colonscopy reports there is nothing such found in colon but the problem is on rectrum might me that it makes me fell urge after I eat. And sir hope so my colon is clear or there is something which i can't see and you can explain me. Dr rahul sir you are always as supportive to me guide me this time also. I will be alive na because daily i die on this daily my life has gone miserable.
