I,v got digestive problem and acke for a long period and as the digestive system gets better the acne on my face and back also gets better, my body cant digest properly i,v taken medicine and proper sleep and exercise but dosnt have much effect whenever i took med it effected for just short time like 3 to 4 days and after that the digestive system again returns to the worse

My sgot 79 and sgpt 62 i having digestive issue in stomach what should i do i drink alcohol twice in a week is this serious my age 34 report attached Regards Ajay

There is blood in stool, i am suffering from it last 2 week. I am not facing any pain while passing stool. I am having loose motion also along with blood in it. The motion is not watery. Recently underwent liver function test and all tests in the lft report are normal except sgpt. The normal range mentioned for sgpt is 0-45 and my sgpt is 46. Is this worrysome? Secondly, just a day prior to the blood test, i had attended a party and had a lot of alcohol, could that have caused this elevated sgpt level? Thirdly, currently I'm taking the following medicines: 1. Topiral 25 mg once in morning for headaches. 2. Allegra 180 mg once in morning for urticaria. 3. Atarax 25 mg once at night for urticaria. 4. Sibelium 10 mg once at night for headaches. 5. Pregabid NT once at night for lumbar radiculopathy. Can these medicines also aggravate sgpt levels? Please suggest what should I do based on my lft report.
