I am not feeling hungry at all post fever. I feel even more uneasy after eating food (like inflammation) . Even if i eat something, i will vomit it out after sometime. What can be done?

I am not able to eat anything since last three days. Inflammation feeling is there. I am only on liquid diet that too very less. Today after having milkshake, i vomit it out after sometime but i saw a small amount of blood there. Is this something serious? What Should i do?

I'm experiencing heartburns every now and then Inspite of eating less food like 3-4, rotis or a little rice or anything for a matter, I have server burning sensation in the stomach through the esophagus. And also suspecting acid reflux as well. Any good way to cure this.
