Stomach Problems & Remedies

I m having stomach pain since a  long tym. I got ultrasound done but it's normal doctor told I m having swelling. But didn't get relief. It's more after having food (more pain on having spicy and oily)otherwise its less. Pain is more below the breasts , stomach & near and around navel. Plz suggest me wht should I do. Its from last 3 months approx .

I have extreme gas which goes up to throat and constipation from last 3 months. I had a lymph node at RIF but now it's not there after taking Torfix 400 for a month. I don't have sound sleep at night for last one month. I wake up 3-4 times and thoughts coming up in mind. There is also pain in head and neck area. I am currently given lesuride Od, pruvict 1, digipen chewable tablets. What should I do to get rid of all these things?

She takes gas relief medicine but still continue burp many times. Some time she face constipation and after taking lactose she face loss motion please suggest.
