Sir / Mam I have some swollen part in the internal part of rectum . My stools come up with blood and are dark and roughly binded rather than smooth binded stools . Can It be treated without surgery .

After having dinner, I feel intense irritation in my stomach along with a chest pain at the extreme centre. This occurs regularly. I take normal food. Sometimes this all is accompanied by a feeling of vomiting.

Hi From last 4-5 weeks I have seen abnormal stool color. Very frequently (almost once in 2days) I can seen black stool every morning. Is this as a result of acidity ? I have taken ipill in January month. Is it possible this is its side effects ? Please advise what might be the possible problems.
