Hello recently I have taken zandu nityam tablet for constipation but after taking it loose motions and stomach pain was also there. I immediately rushed to nearby doctor and he gave me a tablet to stop loose motion and pain but after that I am not able drink water at full also not getting hungry or having good appetite. Please advise me on this situation and any solution or treatment for the same??

Stop all medicines. Wait for some days. It will get normal.
Have plenty of fluids in small quantities at a time.
