Loss of appetire,upset stomach,fatigue and feeling tired all the time,but no fever. Widal test found negative. Urine test found negative,i.e no bacterial infection

Leucocytes are raised. Platelets are low. VARIOUS Infections, viral INFECTION have to be considered. Further tests may be needed.
