Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am undergoing discomfort with constant burping, bloating and burning sensation. I completed an endoscopy last year and was diagnosed with grade II gastritis. I also had moderate h.pylori. I took pan40 on and off when symptoms increased since then. I am again going through the same feeling. Can h.pylori be detected by stool test if I have been on pan40 last 1 week. Also can I take sucrafil o gel/gaviscon along with pan40 for relief?

Sounds coming from intestines while lying and  changing sides after lying after subtotal colectomy.....is it normal?what other things can happen after this surgery and how many months will it take to settle down completely??Is having gas also normal?Also having pain on left side of chest...plz tell the reason behind it.....is any medications reqd?Currently on Esosam RD and Sucrafil O gel,and Floristore....Popping sound is also coming from near food pipe...Had fundoplication on 01.10.2018....plz guide me through this major phase.....

I have been having watery diarrhea for a week now. I have sharp pains at the middle portion of my stomach as well. Took a couple of medication however doesn't seem to be helping. Having on and off headache due probably due to my stomach as well. Any idea what could it be?

When I get up at morning,my intestines make a sound,similar to what we hear while playing with a filled water bottle...It also happens while I lie down or change my position in bed...from left to right and vice versa...pain in left side of chest is also there...What is the reason...plz tell...

From last 4 days my stomach is paining not all day but at times and that pain is extreme it in mid part of my stomach. I consulted my doctor he asked for sonography and endoscopy but both were normal. I am taking medicines but pain is not relived now i am worried. What it could be?
