Sir I am suffering from upper abdomen below the chest right rib pain Plz advice what is the problem it is gastric or any...

Plz tell me what happens when ferritin increases??does it affect liver??took an iron injection(jilazzo) last year due to iron deficiency anemia..Since then my ferritin levels have increased(twice above normal value),haematology doc said ferritin is not high due to iron inj but due to some gastro ailments..Gastro doc said its due to some inflammation in body..What is the actual reason??what symptoms can it cause??how to reduce the already elevated ferritin levels?

Passing foul smelling gas since yesterday(had ciplox tz for 12 days{5days then again for 7 days},which ended on monday),I take probiotic rich foods everyday(also supplement),still its happening,also sharp pin like pain near navel..kindly help me...

For the last 15 days i  spasms(marod) in lower abdomen(sounds come,I can also feel them on touching),passing mucus mixed with blood in stool,did sigmoidoscopy which revealed Rectal ulceration(SRUS)..While passing stool,it does not clearly comes out,fullness near rectum but it doesnt come out clearly,then 15 minutes after passing stool i feel its not very clear,I feel spasms near rectum(even sounds come from rectum) and pass gas and after sometime,i go to pass stool.Feeling of heaviness  in lower abdomen and also sometimes pain,sometimes i feel that something is descending from lower abdomen(it is similar to what we get when we move a fillef water bottle only once)not much relief after passing stools..am using sucralfate enema for this(twice a day)...is rectal ulceration the reason behind my problems??or what is it??plz tell

Sharp pain(as if something like pin is hitting me)near left side of navel(happened yesterday night,did not subside after passing stools)today morning sudden pain(sensation we get when we put our finger in clip)for few seconds,then had gurgling noise in upper abdomen and then it subsided...also pain in chest and back {in one particular portion only,not in full chest}(as if hitting it with something)..also I feel some movements near upper abdomen navel which comes and goes...what might be the reason?is it acidity?I follow lifestyle changes so that i dont get acidity but what is the cause??kindly answer..

I have pain in lower back inside hips since 2 weeks,I visited doctor and he told some muscle pulled and provide medication,still have pain and it's gone to further lower part near reliving point.nothing seen outside but when have pressure on legs or sit feel pain between hips between legs joint,pls advise

Suffering from piles after lose motions. For last two days piles have grown so much that it's now difficult to walk. I have been eating fibrous food + fibril at night still the problem persists. Can you guide me on what I can do? I am on a business travel to UK for this week, very difficult to rest at home.
