Pain in lower abdomen
I am 23 old female unmarried. My periods are late due to stress. I feel so much pain in my lower abdomen (lowest part of stomach) after i come from latrine. I feel constipated also.why my stomach pains a lot when i go latrine after i come out of the washroom after doing it?please help..

Start with stool softener and consume fibre rush diet ..i.e. fruits and green leafy vegetables , drink more water.
Some lifestyle modifications might work...if no relief consult your family physician.

If stools are hard, then constipation is the most likely cause.
If stools are not hard colitis or other causes have to be considered.
