Hi Recently as part of a full body checkup. I found there's few 4-5mm calicific foci in segment 8 of liver. The report says it's likely calcified granulomas. The test also had a liver function test and it was normal. Is there something to be worried about??

Amylase-102 Lipase-43 Are my pancreas okay? Other test like liver, kidney, gallbladder, cbc are normal. I get acidity while eating non-veg, spicy, oily and junk food whenever I consume.. I was diagnosed with H Pylori in September 2023 after I had bloating and food reflux and doctor had to do endoscopy. He gave me antibiotics for 15 days and after that I started feeling fine. I had already lost 4 kgs and I started gaining weight after 2 months. Again in June 2024 I had the same symptoms and when did breath test H Pylori was still positive. Doctor gave bismuth triple therapy for 15 days and after a month of stopping antibiotics breath test showed negative for H Pylori and after this I still had lot of gastritis and weight loss continued. Doctor gave me Providac probiotics and Rabeprazole Itopride after which I have started eating well and my appetite has increased and no bloating. The concern is I am still losing weight I was 73 in Sep 2023 and i am 63 now. I had vitamin deficiency for which I took supplement and my blood test shows normal, im not a diabetic. Why am I losing weight?

Hi , A friend of mine who is very sensitive facing problems in her digestion and she told me that she couldn't  even digest an egg, pulse or dairy products like milk or ghee, etc. she also told me about her monthly diet what she eats in weeks ,she took a pulse with palak some time , even khichdi once in a week, and some spicy junk food once or twice in a week or month but she likes to eat spicy food too but all these veggies she ate in her diet doesn't helped her in maintaining her digestion. so please help me to find a way to help her.
