Stomach Problems & Remedies

I usually feel constipated when I skip a day to the bathroom (not intentionally), because of which I had to go through a bad fart, feeling heavy, stomach pain. What can I actually do to cure this once and for all!

I already had mild loose motions and ended up having one sip/gulp of ORS which was in a copper bottle for almost 3-4 hours. I later saw the water had turned greenish in color. My loose motions have increased. How harmful can it be? I already consulted a doctor and he gave some medicines - drotin ds, norflox 400, bifilac hp and sompraz d. And he said one sip shouldnt matter.

Hello Dr, I had my blood test today and got high ESR of 22 mm/first hour and 2.3 as shot/sgpt ratio. I'm 24 year old female. Is this normal?

Hello sir/maam, after marriage I was getting burning sensation in my stomach I came to know that I had uti.. Then i had miscarriage in March after that I'm continuously having mild burning sensation in stomach and crampings in left side of abdomen and around the belly. What it all indicates, which problem doI have plz tell me🙏??

Can I take sat isbol by soaking overnight in morning empty stomach?? Or its preferred at night? Or what's the correct way of taking it?

For 5-6 days i am experiencing stomachache in centre area which is not sharp exactly, daily around 8 at night before dinner and I have to go to sleep with it and in the morning i get up completely fine. Shall I take any health supplement like vitamin, or calcium ...? I feel too low ... Struggling in digestion, no energy to do day today works ... Feeling tired always ... Haemoglobin was normal 12.4 and no thyroid.. diabetes which is normal under medication .. am eating well and healthy... but pls can u suggest any supplement to get energy...

For the past few months i have had trouble digesting milk...so i stopped taking milk... Then a few months after that,  each time I consume milk or any gluten food items...i immediately get the urge to poop...I have to go to the washroom within  5 mins of eating anything related to milk or gluten.. I Have Pcos for a long time... Mental Depressed for the past few months..weight gaining inspite of not consuming sugary  or processed foods...Too much Hair loss ..

Constant chronic constipation i have what should I do for relief what are the diet or what is there something serious about it I should worry about it .I don't have any kind of addiction .I consume fruit 2 week in every month is there is something serious about it.
