I had a small painful lump near anus
Hi my age 28 ...female mother of two ...last 2 days i feel there is small painful lump near by anus...which is outside only...when I poop it's very painful and itchy..also after poop very painful...is any problem please anyone explain me ...

External piles Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for 3 to 5days . Defcort 500 two times a day after food for 15 days. Oxyurate ointment locally in anus first buthole than gently push inside the anus rotate the finger in anus to cover anal mucosa before n after defication  two times for two times  for 3 weeks. Seitz bath Take a tub fill it with  hot to warm water n sit in it for 7to ten minutes  two times a day for 7 days.
