I have been suffering from acidity and stomach ulcer for past 8 years. My symptoms were excessive burping, dizziness, stomach burning when I ate spicy food, gas, neck and back pain because of the gas which I assume is due to leaky gut. I had been taking Ayurvedic medicine + non spicy food and avoiding gaseous vegetables for a while. It seems to have alleviated the symptoms to some extent. I am not sure if I have H pylori infection. However, I would like my gut to be completely healed. Could you please let me know if there is proper treatment for stomach ulcer in homeopathy?

I think I am bloated all the time. Whatever I eat gives me gas. However, I face no problem passing stool. That is fairly regular. But this gassiness is stressing me out. I also at times feel a stabbing pain in the upper abdomen or the chest region... which subsides as soon as I take a gas medicine or for that matter pass gas. Help please.
