Hi myself Arjun I have pain in the middle of the chest bone -Sternum from one weeks pain coming and going...

I used to get streaks of blood and sharp pain 3-4 months back in stool. Took medicine for piles and got relief. Now I am getting small red patches in stool and there is no pain while passing stool, having slight lower abdominal discomfort also. This happened after I started working out. What should I do

From the last 4-5 years i am suffering from stomach issues such as gas trouble, constipation coninuing with anxiety issues, cbc done,sonography done most of the organ test lft,kft,liver,lipid,every test done. All reports are normal. But my stomach issues comes and go everytime. No releif from the issue. Please guide me what to do next and how to tacklr such issues medically.

My aunt has not excreted properly for the past two weeks. Drinking only fluids and very little food. Doctor had advised for a pelvis scan the impressions of which are "Large air filled overly distended sigmoid colon loops with mesentery maximum distension of diameter ~ 8.9 cm, which lack haustrations noted with twisted seen, with closed loop extending towards right upper quadrants. Descending colon appears dilated with collapse of rest of large bowel - Features likely Sigmoid volvulus" Is this an emergency case or life critical situation? Kindly advise..

My wife age is 26 she's facing constipation and burning sensation while passing stools should i suggest looz syrup for constipation because she breastfeeding women is that safe? Or else suggest some stool softner laxative
