Stomach Problems & Remedies

Hi, I've noticed from USG scan that my liver size actually decreased from 15.4CM to 14.5CM and these two scans were done 1.5 years apart. Is it normal? I was diagnosed with grade 1 fatty liver then and even now it shows mild increase in echotexture. Please suggest

My son is 22 months I have given bandy syrup with the consultation of paediatricians he advised to give 10 ml as first dose and repeat the same after 14 days. But some how we missed the second dose. The date of second dose was on 4th March. And we have noticed red colours worms in his toilet after giving the first dose. Can I give second dose after 20 days of 1st dose?

I am having stomach bloating with gastric issues since past few years. Even if I am eating very less, I always feel full specially after eating rice. I am 28 years old. since last 5 days I take  mahasef 200 Mg antibiotic medicine for swollon lymp node. Now from yesterday I feel left or right side pain in stomach, lungs and inside rib cage while I am deep  breathing or yawning. Normal breathing don't get any problem. Why this happened ? Please suggest

He feels mouth sticky , swallowing problem, cant take medicines with water , chest congested after food .legs stiff not able to walk long .
