Lower abdomen pain

I am having lower abdomen pain since last 4 months it happen all day and stops in evening. And again starts when walking and then stops after sometimes i have done usg also what i could be in starting blood comes after bowel movement bcuz of hard stool but now its ok but abdomen pain still there. I go to urologist he says it's nothing to worry about stones and polyp. What it could be
