Stomach Problems & Remedies

Dr. I am facing some problems 1)soft and mushy poop. 2)Under weight according to height and age. Please suggest what to do🙏.

Hi Dr I have a problem of GERD from 8 years . In between I took tablets it has stopped . Again it started so I left like that only .. Now from past 8months. Monthly once or twice I feel stomach pain and sound in stomach . And diarrhea . This happens especially when I eat out side lik non veg items or oil items . My pain and diarrhea wil b for 2 days . Do  this problem  is because  of gerd or because I eat out side . Is this any serious issues. Because I red on google  if diarrhea is for many days . There wil b more serious issue .lik cancer or ulcer . Plz reply me in details . I m totally afraid

My brother is suffering with worms in stomach "Ranbaxy zeebee"syrup is used but there is no use sir...

She feels some time pain in left side sleeping time..other wise no issue..she feels some round type rotating inside stomach.. Kindly suggest dr. She.concerns doctor she write so more medicine and told no issue..if no issue than why so much medicine needed me..plz give me better suggestions.. Than.. I have very mild pain in my upper abdomen...i feel my stonmach is big last two days...i have gerd already...what is the reason for big stomach

Last year 2019 during december suddenly I felt nausea while having my lunch and after that feeling stayed for 3days until I met my gp.He told me dysbiosis and gave medicines.After that I was ok. But recently from month of April I faced same issues loss of appetite nervousness constant heart palpitations anxiety. Also loss weight.So I gone through all test hemoglobin sugar thyroid rbc.Ecg detected sinus arrhythmia.Reports were normal.I took various medicines for acidity and gas.But this problem sometimes settled down then again it comes back. My concern is that is it only because of my anxiety problem or is this making me anxious.Is there any thing wrong with my digestive system.Because every time I feel anxious it starts with a strange feeling inside my whole stomach to upwards that feeling is very awkward strange breathlessness it makes me nervous shaking palpitations and nausea. But when my stomach is in cool state I feel relax and less anxiety.

Please tell me the medicene for this and please tell me what's this ? It's from 4-5 years , no pains , sometimes very soft , sometimes hard after bowel

I am taking medication for ocd namely clofranil 50 mg,daxid 100 mg, betacap tr 80 mg, d venizep 50, lamitor od 100. I am having severe constipation since two days inspite of taking cremaffin plus, pegfiber powder and pruease tablet. Please suggest something

Hi, I am 27years old, suffering from ulcerative colitis last 4years , there is adonomotus polyps also in my colon, so I would like to know that my second colonoscopy was done three years back and my gestroentrology didn't colonoscopy yet. So is it safe and no need to go for colonoscopy.   Second things is that I am under weight and my weight is not increasing while my all symptoms are normal.so what should I do to gain weight as soon as possible.
