Am in quarantine as per government schedule given to me .. Now pls tell diarehea and sounds reasons ..little pain also having in stomach .. age 30

As I was passing the poop blood came not much very less in poop only, and when second time I had gone for pooping there was not any blood, nothing only poop, to describe further the previous day I didn't go to loo, and I had eaten some chicken lollipop, some chicken dish and in the evening 2 pieces of cake, and later that night I had pani puri, I haven't this much in a day ever, and in the dinner I had eaten chavli and rice.
