Have eaten KFC chicken

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Last sunday have eaten KFC chicken and veg Burger together since then have experienced lose motion next morning have taken medicine from doctor.Diarhhea have stopped but now I have lost appetite to eat meal and even my tongue upper layer is white is this any stomach infection. Please help
