Gastric problem
I am 53 yr old, diabetic for the past 7 yrs, always feeling as stomach is full, no space, used some antacids like pantosec , Rantac 150 etc. These are of little use.
For the past one week getting pain at back right side.
Please suggest treatment.

Plz get an empty stomach ultrasound and upper GI endoscopy done .
