I feel like gas is somewhat stuck due to which my heartbeat suddenly increases and when i try to burp by changing position accordingly (so that i burp out easily) heartbeat turns back to normal. But i am continuously burping for 15-20 min. I have not eaten since morning ( only some cucumbers)now its 4:30 pm. What should i do

Hi all, I have been having pain in back and below chest for the past 2 years. Can't have any spicy food , if had any spicy food burning sensation in chest starts. Sometime the pain is on the chest ,back and lower chest. It is more in lower chest. Got an echo,tmt and a few blood test done and reviewed with cardio. They said no issues related to heart. Consulted an gastroenterologist they said it is epidistress gastric . Got an ct scan with iv contrast and the reports are normal the doctor said Intially was on sompraz 40,eldicet,mirtaz 7.5,amitone plus . The pain was reduced. But now the pain is back. Doctor said it is nerve related pain and takes time to get better. Currently I have pain in the in back and lower chest. Current medication are sompraz 20,mirtaz 7.5,amitone plus and neubaga m.not much difference. consulted many doc no difference yet know Can anyone please suggest what is the issue and what needs to be done next. I consultant with doctor on Monday they provide two type of capsule and one bottle syrup course of a 5 day. Feeling better but not completely Prescription attested. please help
