Not able to pass stool

Weakness and not able to eat food
My mother is diabetics with creatine level around 8.
From last 3-4 days she is not able to eat food properly due to weakness. It has been observed no control over his activities even speak with fumbles.

Pain in stomach
Hello recently I done a laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis before 20 days. Since 3 days onwards I getting pain on middle of the stomach like gas pain and I used the gas tablet also i'm taking of food diet even. In early mornings the pain was severe.
