Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am facing the gas problem and poor digestion for more than 2 months and sometimes gas starts creating pressure around the right chest and stomach till brain and this continues for a minute then that pressure stops moving and settles down. I started feeling pain in chest, around rib cage and in stomach. The point of pain also varying. Please let me know the cause of this problem?

Respected sir/madam, I am suffering from gas trouble over three years... But it was quite normal... From past six months i had serious gas trouble which is not letting me to sleep in the night... I am also suffering from constipation from these six months...my stool is not complete once, i still feel something inside even i come out of toilet... Always feeling stomach full of gas... When i release gas i had to apply a lot of pressure... Due to this i had some ringing (tinnitus) in my ears... Some times i feel a kind of pain on the left side of my stomach... How can i sort out my problem... Please help me...

Hello, I have been keeping fasts as part of the holy month of Ramadan. Of late, I have been experiencing constipation/indigestion while fasting. I'm unable to eat or drink anything. I feel like vomiting when I see the food. I have started taking Naturolax since yesterday in order to cure my constipation. Kindly suggest me a remedy for this issue.

I was tested positive for Covid on 25th March 2021. It was detected mild infection. Took treatment and after 14 days I was tested Negative. Have no symptoms and was doing good. But since last 1 week I am feeling uncomfortable in bowl movement. It's like I am having bowl movement 3 times a day everytime after eating or drinking water. I am taking razo d capsule since 5 years every day in the morning. Every thing was alright and there is no problem of any acidity or digation issue till date with me. But since 10 days razo d not working with my body. I take it but i faced hyper acidity problem since 10 days. What is the reason of not working of razo d suddenly ?
