I have small Calcific foci noted in right lobe of liver which was measured 12-13 mm when I diognised it in 2018 now in that area I am experiencing a pricking pain from 8 days so what should I do .

I have stomach burning in upper part after having food it becomes worse from last 15 days. I have avoided fast foods fatty food citrus fruits. But still have problem.suggest some medicine.
