I am having constipation from last 6-7 years and now it's worse ,taken paet safa, looz, caramfin but it works for few time and then stops.what to do

Hello sir and mam My sister age 27 she was having 6 months child she is breast feed mom. Today she was having fasting due to we having Ramzan . And sudeen today she had 10 around loose stools pls tell any treatment. Earlier 10 days back also same thing happen once taken IV fluids it recovered and taken some sporlac tablet 10 days back . Now again started pls tell any alternative and tips with tablets . She don't have any other sypmtoms she is fine . Sometime she having tingling in body now loose stools pls advice what to do

I have lower back pain and saw blood in stool, can it be piles?, I did not feel pain while passing stool, but saw blood. I also had constipation for the past week. Can lower back pain be connected to it? When I pass stool, I feel that it hasn't emptied completely. What should I do? I'm 25 Y.O. male

From last two weeks I am experiencing a mild pain in the left side of the stomach. It gets sharp if I touch the surface of my stomach with finger. Also there is a pain below the belly button. I am observing Ramadan fast and since I am experiencing all this. Is it due to lack of water?

I am having stomach bloat issue and whenever I had food or water my stomach is is like very heavy and can't bear it (like fully air loaded baloon) and my poop is in green color and feeling little weakness. Consulted the RMP near my hometown and no results were shown. Please provide some guidance as to whom to consult and what to follow n all. Please a humble request
