I have a back pain due to gas. It was there from past 4-5 days and it was tolerable. Today it has got worst. Unable to move and sleep as well. Now I noticed that my stomach is also bloated. And I'm facing issues breathing. Please advise what can be done.

Stomach ache scene 3 days and bloody stool. Not able to eat or not feeling hungry, cramps in sides of stomach and frequent bowel movement.

Last week fever was there for a day and throat infection...took Tab Azee500mg,  Tab Ivermectin 12mg , Tab Vitamin C 500mg , Tab Cobadex CZS , Tab Dolo 500mg ,montair lc. Now loose motion 5-6 times a day from past 3 days...gave probiotic capsules but not much help...rtpcr -ve...please suggest a medicine...70 years old.

Doctor has prescribed me rifaxim and norflox oz both for 5 days and i have already done a 5 day course of rifagut should i take both rifaxim and norflox . I get stomach pain the morning as i get up feels like something has gone bad in stomach since last one week
