Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from gastric issue from past 1 week, it started all of sudden and still continues. I am taking unienzyme.

6 months ago , I was diagnosed with Erosive antral gastritis with H Pylori Infection through gastroscopy. Was given triple therapy of 2 weeks and thereafter PPI for 6 weeks. Since bloating and epigastric discomfort  problem existed , i was prescribed Escitalopram(5mg hs) , PPI and Acogut(tid) in December end for one month. After this , all symptoms subsided . But now again in April bloating occurs once in a week and have to take digene gel to relieve it. Since two days bloating and epigastric discomfort is persistent, I am taking Pantaprazole (40mg bbf) once a day but still having discomfort. Should i take pantocid D or take pantaprazole twice a day. Please suggest.

I am feeling constipated from last 3days it's very hard to pass stool. Even after feeling of stool there is no motion.

Recently I am experiencing too much acid reflux when I sleep, after waking up my tongue burns and I am too concern, How to deal with this situation?

Hi i have been experiencing continuous burps before and after my meals and chest pain due to the continuous burping. It subsides a bit when i lay down on the left side. Is this related to corona too? Do i need to do an rtpcr ?I sometimes experience a bit shortness of breath i m not sure it is anxiety or due to acidity. My oxygen level are 95 and above

Lose motion with not good digestion belches,bloating sound,and having tiredness dry mouth type of symptoms

My daughter is having ulcerative colitis for last 8 months. She is on adalimumab 40mg injections twice a week for 8 last months. Now one of the doctor suggested her to stop the injection as these are not working for her. Is it okay to stop these injections like that??

Hello doctor, I have been taking treatment for fistula in ano from november 2020..Took augmentin and metrogyl tablets along with stool softners for almost 1 month in that my stomach got upset and started getting foamy stools. I had undergone fistulectomy surgery on Jan 8th 2020 .. Now my wound got healed completely and i have stopped taking medicines and stool softners from past two months. Even now daily morning i am getting soft foamy stools(attached image) . No matter what i eat. I have made many diet changes but no result. What might be the reason.. please help

Hello i am 29 yrs old female..i want to marry a guy who is HBsAg positive but he is healthy..he consults his gastroenterlogist every 6 mnths and does his reports of viral load and lft which r normal since few years and he is in healthy state..i met his gastroenterologist he told me to take vaccines engirex 0-1-6 mnth gap as we r planning to get married in november..i am a doctor finished my studies 3 yrs back..i want ro know if its safe to marry a man who is hbsag positive?? Or shall i leave him??..can we have a normal healthy life together?? Plz answer me i am tensed
