Hello Dr, I having pain in stomach specially upper abdomen... Having very much gastric. loss of appetite, and vomiting type feeling... Also  feeling cramp in upper abdomen. Please suggest me a medicine so that i can get a sudden relief. My Sgpt is slightly high. (55).
