Stomach Problems & Remedies

I had mild stomach ache 2days before but symptoms went away after drinking lime water and eating light food but on the very same day i had fever around 99.5 so i took crocin and it also went away. But today from the early morning that stomach ache come back seems like gastric but not sure. Any help would be highly appreciated. Not eating anything which can upset my stomach only taking light food like roti moong daal, khichdi etc.

So I want to ask that naval displacement problem can be the sign of these problems. Because this problem was happened in recent times. I am having severe heartburn and breathing problem for the past one year, only if I am taking medication it is under control otherwise even if I sip a water I feel heartburn and if I ignore it I get wheezing. Hello doctor, for the past one year I m having heartburn and unable to breath after having meal. Even after completing my medication for past 5months still I have these problems. As of now, I m taking nexpro in the night ganathon total in morning and mucaine gel and my lungs function is normal. Also I have been heard that warm water will be consumed less compared to cold water and this may cause dehydration. Please advice
