I have completed my 14 day period and tested negative for covid ... But since then i have bad stomach ache and whenever i eat something i either pass it or feel like vomiting... Today morning i started to have loose motion and now i dont have control on it... Whenever my stomach ache i have to go to loo ...

I'm feeling weak after going bathroom in the morning. This happens almost every day from 3 years.my heart beat fasts and shortness of breath.i get full sleep.tensed nerves in brain.why all this happens only after completing my bathroom. If I don't go in 1 day then I am ok.only when I complete then that weakness and tension starts and lasts for nearly 3 hours.why

From a month during walking after cover some distance feel pulling in right upper stomach and start small pain in that area I do lft,ecg,xray,ultrasound but all is normal my symptoums is limited to walking only please help
