Upper GI Endoscopy said Bile Induced Pan Gastritis. No Erosion and Ulcer in Esophagus, Stomach, Duodenum. Only Bile induced Pan Gastritis. Liver Function test Normal. Lipase Normal. Gall Bladder Operation in 2010. USG Whole Abdomen said Grade 1 Fatty Liver, Mildly Dialated CBD due to Post Cholecystectomy. CBD Measurement 7.7 mm. No Diabetes, No HTN, No Thyroid. Stool not clear , always soft. No pain in Right side of Abdomen, but discomfort on middle of Abdomen, just above Diaphragm. Kindly suggest.

I am having pain in upper part of the stomach from today morning. Had chapati and potato curry during breakfast and rice and dal in lunch. Also having loose water like motion(3 times) and vomiting(2 times) post lunch.

I feel like gas is somewhat stuck due to which my heartbeat suddenly increases and when i try to burp by changing position accordingly (so that i burp out easily) heartbeat turns back to normal. May stomach pain every morning whole left side of stomach from below chest and lower abdomen starts paining as i wake up and no pain while sleeping and then as soon as i poop it goes away and since last 15 days i have seen yellow mucus coming out . I go to washroom once a day

Hi all, I have been having pain in back and below chest for the past 2 years. Can't have any spicy food , if had any spicy food burning sensation in chest starts. Sometime the pain is on the chest ,back and lower chest. It is more in lower chest. Got an echo,tmt and a few blood test done and reviewed with cardio. They said no issues related to heart. Consulted an gastroenterologist they said it is epidistress gastric . Got an ct scan with iv contrast and the reports are normal the doctor said Intially was on sompraz 40,eldicet,mirtaz 7.5,amitone plus . The pain was reduced. But now the pain is back. Doctor said it is nerve related pain and takes time to get better. Currently I have pain in the in back and lower chest. Current medication are sompraz 20,mirtaz 7.5,amitone plus and neubaga m.not much difference. consulted many doc no difference yet know Can anyone please suggest what is the issue and what needs to be done next.
