Left side of the abdomen
I feel some process is going on in my left side of the abdomen, sometimes i can hear the noise. It happens once a week, sometimes it lasts for longer. This is happening since last year. I got myself examined, got my Ultrasound done last year, but doctor found nothing. Sometimes it pains. Sometimes it pains in the right sometimes in left. But mostly i feel uneven in the left side. And there are times when my abdomen itches from inside. I had some gas medicines, it helped. But i am able to find cure of it due to this lockdown thing.

You probably have irritable bowel syndrome. Add fibres or Isabgol husk twice daily to your diet and drink plenty of fluids. That would help.
