Maybe due to gastritis...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above for 15 days....consult physician if symptoms persists

Hello there, I can understand your concern. i do not think its a problem, its just obesity which you need to deal with by proper diet and exercise. its just central obesity and mild prostate enlargement is fine as such. have a high protein diet, high finer diet. instead of having three huge meals a day, have five smaller meals at regular intervals. and let 2 of those 5 meals be entirely of fruits and vegetables. drink lots of water. do cardio workout for atleast 30 minutes everyday and suryanamaskar for 30 minutes everyday best regards, Dr. Anil kumar Jain.
