I am 56 year old male. Loosing appetite since last 10 days. Full body weakness and pain. Covid negative. These are my blood report please check and advise. Please. I m very worried

I am feeling discomfort in upper abdomen and throat and in throat it feel like lump is there for 2-3 days . I have conducted my endoscopy in December 2020 in which gastric is there. I have gone to ent doctor . He has prescribed 5 days medicines in which antacid and antibiotics is there. Kindly suggest to me which doctor I should go. Gastrologist or ent. Does it normal
