Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have been using kinlax plus syrup now however i ordered this product online this time instead of local medical, and seems this product is duplicate as not effective anymore..also there is a spell mistake as its liquid parafin and milk of magnesia written usually however in this its milk of magnesia written first, not sure but i think its duplicate please help so that i can bring this to notice so that other should not use this. Attaching the pic of products i have received.. Please advise .

I was diagnosed with food pipe ulcer due to hpylori on jun 1 st 2020 after one month I was diagnosed with corono I have been recovered with corono but still if I eat spicy food I have a lot of burning feeling and lot of stomach burn it's been one year am still facing the problem am very concerned

I don't feel hungry especially home made food. It take about more than half an hour to eat 1 meal. I also don't like home made food when I eat food it often feels like I will vomit. I am underweight trying to gain weight but this problem letting me down. Please help

Feels hungry after food,Gas formation all time mostly right side upper and lower abdomen,gas moves and gas release if any thing taken solid or liquid orally ,Walk 6 to 7 Km /day,no alcohol,no smoke,no non veg simple food. Taken all gas related medicine so far

Hello I have a mild pain in my stomach and chest since day 7, after taking it or it is cured with black salt celery, then it bothered back then I feel a little dull and dull what to do

I was found Covid + 20 days back. My infection was mild and was cured early.Although I recovered a week back, I am facing issues such as consistent bloated stomach, constipation. I had no history of any gut issues. I have been eating well and keep myself well hydrated. These issues are now causing trouble into my routine lifestyle. Gases are causing huge discomfort. Kindly help me address the problem.

I suffered with slip disk few months back. Im getting back pain and abdomen pain lightly. Feeling like gastric. Left Leg pain and while folding the leg n sitting down getting pain and numbness. It is because of gastric or slip disk effect.
