Hi From yesterday I am getting light pain in right upper chest while swallowing food or drinking water.other times I don't feel that pain.Is this something related to digestion issue?please help me with the diagnosis

Sensation of lump in throat, Shortness of breath, Belching, Cough stuck in throat, throat clearing. Suffering from the above issue from May 2020.. Not taken any medicine yet. Quality of life seriously disturbed. Please help me

I am 22 years old and i am getting continues Burps with abdomen pain in epigastric region.One of the General physician doctor in Practo suggested to take NEXPRO- 40 tablets and DIGECAINE SYRUP dried Aluminium hydroxide 600 MG+Magnesium hydroxide 300 MG+Oxetacaine 10 MG+Simethicone 25 MG /5ML. My concern is there is no stock availability of the DIGECAINE SYRUP. Can anyone suggests me any other alternate syrup which is similar to DIGECAINE syrup.

Since a week due to lockdown I'm not going out for my work so I'm sitting and working at home. For this I'm doing the walking for one hour daily. So now a day I'm not getting the motions since 3 days and I'm not even getting the problem like not hungry or anything. Please give me an option have regular free motions.

I am having morning diarrhea from last 4 months.. Earlier I was digones for IBS in 2008 ...and I had taken medicine arround 1year along with few change in diet...

I was having acidity issues and having trouble breathing properly. Doctor said it's chronic APD. from past 6 months I am taking pantocid 80, pyloflush, ranidom rd, floraking, I am feeling better than i was feeling before 6 months. I just wanna know what's is APD and how much it will take to go away. Is it permanent??

From yesterday evening I am having some gas related problem and frequently bloating and uneasiness and not able to sleep properly since once I lie down it makes me uncomfortable while taking breathing.

Can I take pantoprazole and ranitidine together in acid reflux and gastritis.Taking both medicine together is okay or not?

मेरा पेट मोस्टली खराब रहता है,फ्रेश होने के बाद भी लगता है फिर से फ्रेश होना है,मल चिपचिपा आता है ज्यादातर,सुबह सुबह कभी कभी 2-3 बार continue जाना पड़ जाता है,पर पेट दर्द नहीं करता या मल में ब्लड नहीं आता,मुझे जब घबराहट होती है या टेंशन होती है तो बार बार  फ्रेश होने जाता हूं,गैस कभी कभी ज्यादा बनती है हमेशा नहीं बनती,फ्रेश होने के बाद भी ऐसा नहीं लगता कि हो गया पूरा पेट साफ़, उसके बाद भी लगता है फिर से जाना पड़ेगा।

Dear sir/madam, I was having burning feel at chest and regurgitation, food stuck feel in upper chest  8 day's back, then I started taking Pantadoc DSR tablet 1-0-1 and Gaviscon syrup 10 ml three times in a day after a meal , based on one of the Specialist doctor suggestion written in Online I started above medication, Now I'm not feeling regurgitation but having soar throat itching sometimes and upper chest blocking feel, do I need to continue above medication or do I need to change the medication,? Please suggest
