Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am suffering from frequent diarrhea from last  9 months. Last month I got COVID (mild). Its been 15 days i have recovered from COVID but last week i again had diarrhea. It became so serioys that i had to take 2 capsules of imodium. Now i am not having diarrhea i got my test done. My ESR is 21. Iron count has increased to 156+. And bilirubin is 1.2. Direct bilirubin is 0.48 and Indirect bilirubin is 0.92. Do i need to worry? Please suggest something.

Is muout powder safe to use on daily as my 8 year daughter's motion is not clear and having stomach pain since 8 days. Sometimes pain in upper abdomen and sometimes in middle. Her diet is only home made food.i also add fiber in her food but issue is not solving. Any natural remedies for this problem. Please suggest.

Whenever I press any part of my body, it causes burping. And it also creates shooting pain sometimes.

I recently (3 days back) started taking iron supplements 200 mg with 1000 mg vit c tablets empty stomach. I have had loose stools past 3 days but nothing else. Today I noticed pink mucus in my stool.. is this normal? The iron tablet is red in color is that why?also I had bad cramping yesterday on empty stomach tablet,so took today with food and it was fine.. but got pink mucus in stool. Stool colour is blakish..

Having pain in stomach around navel area , with hardness , motions are not normal , usually it's twice but now 4 times . Have pain while driving 2 wheeler . Took normal medicine with antibiotics and folic acid . But pain starts after stopping medicine . No BP , No sugar . Having pain 1st time after last month's fever where HRCT was 6/25 and RTPCR negetive , no cough or any other symptoms of Covid.

I am having pain near chest area, from past few months at regular interval after eating food. I have consulted few doctors and have gone through ultrasound test and various other which were normal. From past few days I am having pain again, and also having fast heartbeat while sleeping. I am also having soft and hard both types of stool. Dont know what is the reason, also consulted another doctor who had given me a blood occulant stool test to perform. My lifestyle also nowadays not good due to lockdown, I am not able to exercise for past few months. What should i do to avoid this issue?

My wife faces issue after having a meal every time. A little pain in the chest and back occurs little after the meal. She has little cough too. She feels the pain while sleeping on the back but relaxes while seating or standing and cough starts while walking. She took some anti allergic medicines and she was alright during the medication even few days after the medication. Pls guide me properly or suggest me some treatment.
