Stomach Problems & Remedies

I feel tight sensation in stomach while sitting on my office chair.It feels as if the abdominal muscles are contracting and creating pressure in the stomach.  My office chair is ergonomically designed. Last year I suffered from muscle spasm which might have happened due to working out in gym and I have stopped going to gym thereafter. Also I get stool easily after I sit on my office chair in morning.However in weekends when I am not sitting in office chair I get stool irregularly. How to get rid of this tight sensation and should I avoid sitting?

Hi I am getting Heavy stomach pain everytime after eating egg yellow and after some time it gets normal Please suggest any medicine and why it is happening

3 days earlier my mom had fever body ache stomach ache and diarrhoea. We thought that its a covid symptoms so we started on medicine and nxt day gave rtpcr test. Rtpcr test came negative. Yesterday my mom noticed that her hernia near navel reason disappear suddenly. After that day no fever and diarrhoea but still stomach pain. What the opinion why is it happening???

I am having a gas issue because of sometimes i feel that i am unable to breath properly but when i check my sp02 its always between 95 to 99 sometimes it shows 94 and 93 for a second and pulse shows sometimes 110 but most of the cases its below 100. And when i am lying on my bed sometimes my pulse shows 42 .what should i do is it normal or there any problem with me.
