My age is 37, no any bp or diabetes, weight is normal, I am pure veg person, from back one year I am facing gastric, acidity and digestive issues I meet gastronologist, done colono, endoscopy, stoll culture and lot of tests, all reports r very normal I feel all d time heavy ness in stomach, food not properly digest, daily mrng I need to have a cyra d bfr breakfast otherwise I feel like wanting after food, lot of floating, beaches and some times gas release with very bad smell, if I am taking vitazymne capsule after lunch then no any bad smell in d time of gas relase or esle worst Some times rounds in stomach, feel to go for stoll but not happening, just mrng one time that too normal but need to sit a lot time in washroom and after breakfast again to wash room, feel to go again and again but not happy there also , I don't eat even spicy or out side food much, no any alcohol habits, occasionally I smoke Kindly suggest some which help me

I bloat a lot. I am on meds for hair and skin, but even otherwise i do bloat often. What to do? I also want to lose more weight. I lost 6-7 kgs by healthy eating in this lockdown. I was 64 and now I'm 57-58. How to lose more weight by increasing metabolism?

I had miscarriage on my 11th week. and done D&C past 3 days. now I am suffering from acid reflux and heart burn. can I have Esokem.D tablet to cure acid reflux. is it safe to have this medicine after D&C. or there is any other medicine I should take for this.  as I can't go to hospital frequently due to this pandemic time. please help.

I have a very sensitive bowel i suffer diarrhea and constipation since childhood so i have been searching everything on Google though i went to a doctor and did all my tests came back normal one day ate tomatos in dinner in the morning i saw something reddish in the middle of the stool i got worried soo the next i again when to the washroom i wasn't having a bowel movement but still i strained to see weather it was blood or normal stool i strained 5 6 times a day i didn't got anything then got a bowel movement it was normal then again got a bowel movement next day was normal but i feel like not pain but discomfort in my abdomen i am worried everything leads to colorectal cancer i am just 24 years old what to do.

Can any body helps with my report. Having acidity issue and digestive problems. Also having muscular pain in body. Can anyone pls suggest the further course of action.
