Stomach Problems & Remedies

I have sgot and sgpt level 70 & 127 respectively , i have allergy to oliy and junk food because of which burning sensation while passing stools , still m not taking that much spicy food & its get itching outside the anus part , i used to take pantocid and one multivitamin earlier , but ryt now i am not taking anything , plzz suggest good advice to follow . I have recovered from covid recently , it was mild did not any have complexity . I am attaching my earlier treatment prescription

Good day, Kindly advise for how long safely can we take Velzol l for gerd issue? I am taking it after breakfast and  Mucaine mint 3 times for past 3 days .Should I go for endoscopy if my problem is Okie after taking medicines and finishing course alongwith lifestyle modification as I am little uncomfortable with hearing about endoscopy.  Should we also take vitamin b12 and D3 supplmenets alongwith it.

I have been taking zincovit for over a month now since i was feeling low last month. Can it cause any side effects ? I have gastric problems in past

Stool is not passing from 3 to 4 days so can I use cremopen laxative (milk of magnesia and liquid paraffin suspension )?
