Pain in the chest and burping
I'm having a sharp pain in the chest that comes and goes. Mostly twice a day from the past 4 days. I have a bloated stomach and also I sometimes feel pain in the back. I'm burping a lot. I previously had problems with gastric but never had pain in the chest. Just the pain in the back. And my family has a history with gastric too. I'm a little bit worried whether it's gastric or any other serious issue.

Your bloated stomach would be the cause of your chest pain. You are suffering from severe case of gastritis. If the same issue has persisted for a longer time you will need further evaluation like endoscopy. If the symptoms are short lived only medication will suffice.
Next Steps
you have to start on ppis with a pro kinetic agent .
Health Tips
try to limit your eating and have timely meals . consult a gastroenterologist for further medication .
