Stomach Problems & Remedies

I am unable to distinguish between symptoms of GERD,anxiety and covid (like heavy breathing, foreign body sensation in throat, headache,low appetite, nausea etc.). I am living with a covid patient since 20 days but my rt-pcr is negative and no symptoms, but sometimes I have acidity and anxiety issues which makes me feel breathless and fast heartbeat, bitter taste in mouth and I get panick. Last year I took medication for GERD and anxiety for 5-6 months and got relieved. Took these tests as suggested by doctor- vitamin b12, thyroid, endoscopy also done and reports were normal. Doctor asked me to take MultiVitamins like zincovit, sorbex, limcee as precaution. Can I take them even if I have gastric issues? Monitoring SpO2 levels- it's 99. I am overthinking alot. Plz help. I am talking pantaprozole for last 5 years, if I don't take I get spasm due to acid reflux by the evening. Last month I started intermittent fasting in which I don't have to take any food for 16 hours ( 9pm to 1pm) In this situation I feel esophageal spasm which subsides only for 30 min. with antacid, so I am taking now pantaprozole in the evening also. Can I do this for couples of months or you would advise some thing else.
