I am a 22 year old boy suffering from loss of appetite I am under weight weighing 45 kgs. I dont feel like having food in the morning. I get hungry in the evening and as soon I eat , I have to visit toilet. Please suggest some tablets or syrup.

Sir, We have been consuming Tobacco from 8-10 years ,how I quit it . Without Tobacco, no motion. Kindly prescribe the medicine to get rid of tobacco and hassle free motion issue in the morning. Regards

Feeling vomiting and not want to eat and when i eat my stomach pain and past dung wht is the problem

I have constipation from a very long time. So many years. So i started taking dulcolax. Now i m completely dependent on this medicine. If i skip taking one day, no motions that day. Help me with this. I dont want to be dependent on the medicine. And my constipation is really severe. What should i do? I am planning for a baby too. So i need to be free from constipation. And i need to quit medicine. But am unable to do so.

I have a pimple near anus and something palpable around anus. what is this. Is it something can be cured through medication or sitz bath?

I feel some process is going on in my left side of the abdomen, sometimes i can hear the noise. It happens once a week, sometimes it lasts for longer. This is happening since last year. I got myself examined, got my Ultrasound done last year, but doctor found nothing. Sometimes it pains. Sometimes it pains in the right sometimes in left. But mostly i feel uneven in the left side. And there are times when my abdomen itches from inside. I had some gas medicines, it helped. But i am able to find cure of it due to this lockdown thing.

My husband age is 30 and his height is 5.1 ft. His weight is 65kg looks like big belly. Is this correct weight or obesity? . Now a days people with obese going for intense care in covid ward.
