Since last 5 days i have been experiencing pain in my chest area whenever i eat something or drink water, I have done my x ray pa view which came out to be normal, also ultrasound, which shows fatty liver and a small stone. Which i have had for last 5 years. I am taking tricaine mps syrup 3 times a day 1hr before food and omez d once a day in morning before breakfast. I feel like there is some issue in my esophagus. I also have diabetes but its controlled. Please guide.

Hello Doctor.. I'm struggling with acid reflux which hamper Disturbs my throat, feel like irritation and some times feel tingling sensation in the head..last year did endoscopy for the same but they only found acidic substance around esophagus canal.. please help me in to recover from this..

I m always feeling my upper abdomen is full and always sounds from my stomach ( gurgling) and continuous burping but no any acidity like symptoms and no any pain . When burping it feels like only air is comes out from my abdomen . When i eat at any time and stomach becomes full it is more bloated and sometimes feels like shortness of breath . What should i do . ? Im also a panic disorder and anxiety patient and taking beta blocker for palpitations .

My daughter is 3yrs , she has constipation issue since childhood..like if she eats ice cream too much of any bakery products..but today she was constipated for whole day and in night while changing her diaper I saw a torn skin ..like a fissure. Like I didn't see blood but the skin is torn ..in medical language I think rectum was torn ..not sure ..what should I do..

Myself done a routine fasting sugar and LFT. Glucose 97 Bilirubin Total 1.35 Bilirubin direct 0.16 ie normal Bilirubin indirect 1.19 A/G ratio 1.36 SGPT44,SGOT40 Other parameters are normal. I consume 4 peg alcohol per week,2 cigarette per day. What to do? Please suggest.

I have done colonoscopy and taken biopsy sample to test but due to some reason i did not given sample to test more than 24 hour can I give that to test
