HP kit I used for 15 days, 1week stomach pain is less after that now continuous stomach pain, back pain, and chest pain right side some times chest pain in left side. Can you please suggest me what to do next?

Since three days ..I have pain on my right side of stomach particularly after having meal or having water.. it's a sharp pain..I can feel the water or food going inside like stucking somewhere ..I know it sounds strange but that's what happening to me..I can sense every gulp of water going inside with pain... After that lots of burp without reason...pls suggest me sumthing..

After endoscopy doctor prescribed HP kit tablets , 15 days course over. Pain is not related to meals, continuous pain is there in stomach back pain, some times chest pain in right and left side. Can you please suggest me any medicines?

From last ten days onwards my sister is having vomiting sensation and stomach pain near navel ,but she is not getting full vomiting, only vomiting sensation and intestine is fells like rounding in stomach,can you plz tell why this happens

I have been facing gastric issue for more than 20 days which is very dull stomach ache and burping. Which comes and goes and have consulted 2- 3 docs and have taken medicines and still it's the same Previously before a month my husband was tested for pneumonia and covid test was negative but later brother got fever too. Felt we were infected with corona. But only I am facing this issue, Is this related to covid or post covid symptoms. I have taken enough medicine for gastric so dont want to take anymore tablets. Please suggest on what can be done.

Diabetic and blood pressure patient having symptoms of vomiting dizziness and motion from last couple of months. Patient also have higher Range of white blood cell which fluctuate between 15k-20k and symptoms looks like gastrointestinal diabetes can you please advise.

Recently from the past two days i am experiencing sudden uneasiness after I grab a tight meal. This doesn't allow me to sleep effectively. When i sit upright I can breathe perfectly but when i tend to sleep then the uneasiness occours I had a fever few days back I had lost my appetite, but now i ve regained it,and the fever is quite normal aswell.

I had an endoscopy on 7th May 2020 at 2:30 pm and I feel that the gastroenterologist while performing an endoscopy has perforated either my stomach or duodenum. It has been over 104 hrs. If there is stomach or duodenum perforation then can it be possible that a patient remain stable for this much long time? Can it also be possible that an endoscope has grazed the inner soft skin of my intestine or stomach and that is causing pain in my abdomen? I am having mild pain on left side of my abdomen which is constant after I had endoscopy. I also want to add that the doctor who performed my endoscopy has experience of only 3 years in field of gastroenterology. Endoscopy report is attached below and if there was perforation then is it mandatory to mention such a thing in an endoscopy report?
