Stomach Problems & Remedies

So I woke up at 6 am today and had this stomach pain. Last night I didn't eat much. If im trying to vomit then also nothing is coming. Please help.

I have decrease urge to eat ,and also i have frequent urination urges,after urination the toilet smell bad

When I took lunch or dinner food come back in Mouth since one week and going for latrine 2 time in a day. Urine like yellow colour since 2 week. When I take milk 1 cup in morning after sometime not feeling well in stomach some day since year. I consultant with doctor on Monday they provide two type of capsule and one bottle syrup course of a 5 day. Feeling better but not completely Prescription attested. please help

My wife was having heavy blood in stool with no pain. She started feeling weakness and frustration from then. She delivered her first baby in Feb this year.

I had been facing loose stools issues and pain after eating for past 2 months. I got all blood tests and whole abdomen USG done and consulted a Gastroenterologist. The doctor said the reports are fine and suspected IBS and provided a course of 14 days for the treatment but it didn't help me. I had been on simple diet like chapati, Vegetables, pulses, fruits, curd etc and haven't had milk since 2 months now. Stools are not very loose now but whenever I have something heavy, I get stomach cramps and urge to go to washroom. I have never faced such issues with any kind of food, so I am a bit worried what exactly should I do now? Should I get some tests done?

Hello Doctor I have a pain in my right pelvis little bit above the waist since 5 months I consulted no of doctors undergone urine test and ultrasound scan took some medicines and stopped after this the pain would comeback again started walking and little bit exercise suggested by dr since he said fatty layer on liver after seeing ultrasound scan report The day I workout, pain would not be there. The pain comes at random times and I get fart often whatever I eat.
