Hi this is very common problem, nt to worry much, these generally we cal reflux disease otherwise gastritis
Drink plenty of fluids, avoid milk n milk products especially tea, do regular walking all these wil improve ur problems
Take tab sompraz l 1-0-1 before food
Tab acogut er 300mg 1-0-0
Syp aristozyme 10ml 1-0-1 for 7 days
Next Steps
