Diarrhea after 4 weeks of covid

Hi, I had been covid positive in last week of March,21. During the time I have been eating very soft food like rasam and rice and mostly veg, I have slowly picked up eating eggs, and chicken, I didn't have much anything, but suddenly I had loose motions and stomach feels bloated especially in the night. Is it something to worry?
