Hello, my sister is having d dimer of 715. Is it concerning? It was a regular checkup as my father had corona but now after 25 days he has come negative.

I have problem of not proper bowel movement since 6 years i have tried every home remedies but nothing worked but I now have started taking medication but it has been 6 months but when i stop taking medication result is the same as the bowel movement will become improper and unregular what should I do i am fed up with medication because it is costly.

I was Covid positive last month, did all the medication as per govt suggested ,still zincovit and limcee i m taking,bcoz of ascorbic acid i think i am having pain below the breast(both side) .i have taken welocid capsule 20mg.it gives me temporarily relief but again next day same issue i am facing.plz guide

My father is complaining of acidity/burning sensation in his stomach from last night. He is feeling unwell generally. He got his second dose of vaccine on Monday, 3rd May, but has had no other issues. Is there something we need to take care of? He's a heart patient and got his bypass done in 2015. Mom ,age 55 had covid in dec .post that since Jan till date, severe burping,acid coming up to chest and head ,along with frequent motions .IBS syndrome Endoscopy and stool test is normal, Thyroid test is also normal Also feeling chills at times . She takes Temsi AM for Bp and is thalassemia minor She was taking ayurvedic medicine and motions is little better Please advise the right treatment / remedy that she should take  as at this times your help will go a long way in prayers .Also please suggest something for immunity and supplements as she is not taking anything due to lot of acidity
