Stomach Problems & Remedies

Can anyone please describe what problem is this I am going through this from past 4 years it's when I pass gas at times my stool leaks and I feel very low at energy a day without any activity. I m very ashamed and not able to share this problem with any one. Have visited couple of doctors. Have taken blood tests and ultrasound scan of abdomen but not able to find out what problem is this. I m not able to travel and worried when stool might leak if it's gas or leaking of stool makes me think too much. Someone out here please help me Thank you

I'm feeling weak after going bathroom in the morning. This happens almost every day from 3 years.my heart beat fasts and shortness of breath.i get full sleep.tensed nerves in brain.why all this happens only after completing my bathroom. If I don't go in 1 day then I am ok.only when I complete then that weakness and tension starts and lasts for nearly 3 hours.why
