My lower abnormal feel heavy there is no pain it's just feel like heavy or tight what are the causes of this plz help

I am having a mild but constant stomach ache since last 3 days in the abdomen area (mid stomach). Feels like gas firmation all the time. The stool is slight loose to normal. Please help.

From last 8 days he is suffering from fever and weakness. From lab reports it shows typhoid. We have seen a doctor and he gave meds paracetamol and other but his stomach is really upset he is having gas all the time. And weakness also.

Hi I was suffering from GERD as diagnosed by the doctor. I was having slight chest pain possibly due to esophagitis. When doctor gave antacid medicines for 10 days (PPI in morning , Actapro before meals and Siminthecone syrup) the condition was better. After 10 days medicines is stopped. But 2 days after stopping the medicine, I am again feeling slight irritation in esophagus. Could you suggest me a diet plan to completely heal esophagus and how long do I need to take the same .
