My mother is having multiple gallstone pain.. I think it is biliary coliac episode.. I consulted a doctor here on Practo but he keeps asking to go to hospital and does not understand my mom's symptoms.. Please I want to consult.. If somebody is experienced enough to handle this online, please reply.. Someone who can tell me if this is serious or can be treated at home.. I can't take my mom to hospital in this Covid Crisis.. The pain is dull nd bearable but continuous, it comes nd goes.. Mom has got weak nd also there is a little burning sensation in urine.. I want to consult..

Gall stone pain requires gall bladder surgery. However considering current COVID scene, you can delay it till things improve. Just remember if she develops jaundice, fever and pain upper abdomen simultaneously then you must go hospital immediately as it can be cholecystitis or choledocholithiasis( life threatening if not treated)
Next Steps
for pain give her analgesics like paracetamol and avoid fatty food.
